Manages multiple asset classes, including private equity, private debt, real estate and hedge funds.

• 10-15 years of experience in SAP development, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language, development tools, and SAP development methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading SAP re-design and optimization projects, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• In-depth understanding of SAP system architecture, data models, and integration points.
• The ability to explain complex SAP concepts and terminology to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Must be still hands-on in development and source code review
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance and support during the re-design process.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules or technologies are highly desirable.
• Experience in financial institution is a must
