- Identify and onboard a diverse range of brands and products within the electronics, appliances, and mobile categories.
- Engage and persuade innovative brands to partner with us, contributing to our accelerated growth.
- Leverage strong negotiation and analytical skills to establish and sustain successful vendor relationships.
- Oversee the app catalog, including listing prioritization, product mix profitability, and analysis of consumer buying trends.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and customer lifecycle management.
- Create and manage customer communication plans and in-app merchandising for the category.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to stay informed on market developments.
- Perform advanced data analysis to understand key performance indicators and create actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders (e.g., planning, category management, marketing, CRM, app storefront) to achieve objectives.
- Initiate and lead projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience within assigned categories.
- Formulate and execute strategies to optimize business profitability and identify expansion opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Over 4 years of experience in category management, with at least 1 year in e-commerce marketplaces or quick commerce.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionable outcomes.
- Preferred experience in high-growth tech startups, particularly with a focus on Tier-2 markets and expertise in procurement or category management.
