Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will:

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to manage inbound and outbound movements, including sourcing, inter-company transfers, and customer deliveries.
• Identify and engage top-tier logistics providers specialising in secure shipments for high-value jewellery and retail materials (props, furniture, technology assets).
• Oversee global shipment management across Asia, Europe, USA, and UAE, ensuring adherence to EXIM laws, customs norms, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage international shipping documentation and ensure full insurance coverage for secure logistics, including visual merchandising and event logistics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to drive seamless operations and mitigate risks associated with international transport.
• Leverage technology and data insights to continually optimise processes and control supply chain costs.
• Coordinate with global teams and office managers to ensure efficient logistics across all locations.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Has 5+ years of experience in international logistics, ideally in the jewellery or high-value retail industry.
• Brings strong expertise in managing logistics operations across Asia, Europe, USA, and UAE with a deep understanding of EXIM laws and regional compliance.
• Possesses proven ability to manage high-value B2B shipments and develop secure logistics strategies.
• Demonstrates excellent skills in customs documentation, vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication
