• Manage all legal matters for the property and real estate development department
• Oversee contract negotiations, drafting, and reviews
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Represent the company in any legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the team and senior management
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as required
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
• Train team members on legal aspects of real estate development

• At-least five years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the property and real estate development industry
• Commercial leasing experience is mandatory
