• Maintain strong relationships with C-suite leaders within assigned accounts
• Build strategies to expand business
• This is a quota carrying role
• Strongly convey the value proposition and drive business
• Lead negotiations and pricing discussions
• Be a face of the company at the client org
• Drive Renewals, Cross-sell, Upsell
• Lead a team of CSMs who'll drive CSAT

• At least 5 years in farming role in the SaaS or tech sector (strong candidates with hunting background would are also welcome to apply)
• Proven success in growing client accounts and achieving revenue growth through upselling and retention strategies
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue
