The after sales service is very poor due to the following reasons:

1) They said the engineer could be called only thrice for technical support after I'd purchased the software. No document evidenced that the support would be provided only thrice. They said itwas mentioned in the quotation, however, nothing was mentioned in the quotation and even the sales executive had not informed us.

2) Whenever you call them up, their executive keeps on transfering the line from one to another and you have to explain each one over and over again. They transfer the line without asking you.

3) Very poor after sales service
