Reviews of Center Point Hotel

Totally unworthy even if you get a room for 500. Went with my mom and grandmom and asked for a room for which i was denied. After 5minutes he comes out and says it is available. The attendant was so ignorant, who started mumbling something when i asked him to get our luggage in the room. I got it on my own then. On complaining the receptionist replies if I want to get some to get my luggage to my room i need to get a coolie from the railway station. How pathetic and full of sorrow can their service be. On asking to change the stained bedsheets the attendant started arguing and again started blabbering stupidity. Come on after this horrible service you come behind wagging your tail till the taxi for a tip. Was supposed to stay for 3days, but i could not bare here a night. Worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life.
Either the owner should teach his staff some sense of respect or quit (P.S You need to give respect to earn respect is what i told the attendant who went way beyond his limit with us three)
