SAAJAN TRAVELS - Hyderabad, India

I have traveled from Bangalore to Hyderabad this October, My experience is very very bad with Saajan Travels. They don,t even intimate properly even you call them. They change bus name (Saajan to Neelu travels)but still they do not call and tell this is the change of bus details. The passenger cannot even ask them why is like delayed (45 min), change of bus/travels, no inimation even if i call...
Their answer is if you want to come with us is fine otherwise getdown!!!

Very sarcastic/carelessness/ rude. no water bottles.

After reaching Hyderabad the driver stopped at Kukakpalli somewhere not at the final destination that is chandanagar. Very pathetic.

Please do not opt for this travels any time. worst experience ever since three years...
