DR NILIMA SINGH - Lucknow

I m not sure abt Dr's expertise but was disappointed by the way we were treated yesterday.
We were told over the call that she is there from 6 to 8 in the evening. We reached there at 6:15 and were asked to pay 400. We kept on waiting till 8 and enquired once in between. Once it was past 8 we approached once again and came to know she is seeing patient no. 4 or 5. We told the attendent that we dont want to see the doc as it is already late and we hav been waiting for 2 hrs at which instead of being polite the attendant was like 'behas mat kariye ... ek baar register mein naam likh gaya to paise return nahin honge' i dint even see the doc and no formal reciept was prepared or given to us. Somehow we got the money back.
Had we waited for the doctor we definitely would hav left the clinic not before 10 pm.
I m sure the doctor must b good but everyone's time is important. Moreover the staff was impolite. I think one must take care of how their staff is behaving with their clients/patients.
