I approached thammiah sir bcoz my wife applied for DV and mainatainace case at mysore. Where as I applied to divorce in a different state. 1. He made me take Anticipatory Bail for DV case, later I got to know this was wrong decision, AB NOT requied for DV cases. Wrong guidance by advocate. 2.Failed to prove my wife works at the right time though I had valid proofs, my case was in evidence stage for more than 5 or 6 hearings, he never asked me fir the proofs or submit the proofs to the court. Doesnt pick calls, spoke well only to guide me reach his office for the very first time and till taking advance amount after that doesnt pick call and charges too much.
