Foam generator makes foam for CLC using foaming agents. Foam generators come with corrosion resistant coated steel body, timer, air compressor, and lance units. Adaptable to different kind of foaming agents. Foaming Chemical is a protein based foaming agent concentrate with enzymatic active components, developed for the building material industry. Diluted in water and processed in a foam generator with compressed air it produces very fine and stable high quality foam.

Depending on dilution and settings of the foam generator, with a gross density of 20 to 80 kg/m3. Low gross densities are especially interesting if only a small amount of additional water should be admitted to the concrete mix, to allow faster settings.

· CLC is remarkably eco-friendly. It saves depletion of the top soil, while at the same time it can actually use fly-ash- an industrial waste – as one of its major constituents. The production process of CLC or its use does not release any harmful effluents to ground, water or air. CLC, due to its low weight is ideal for making partitions. The use of CLC for this purpose will reduce the need for plywood partitions. This consequently will result in reduction in deforestation and will benefit environment.

· CLC Blocks are very light in weight – Density ranging from 400 to 1800 Kg/m3 can be produced as required. Three times less weight then clay or fly ash brocks.

Description of block cutting:

Block cube cutting size depends on mold cover size. Cube is cut from top to bottom direction. Actual output depends on casting time and strength of machine depends on gear box capacity.

Operating Principals:

Two or More rotating rollers gradually compress a tube forcing liquid through the tube just ahead of each roller. The tube shape back to its original shape after rollers pass so it can more liquid again . Foaming agent is fully biodegradable protein-based foam concentrate that forms stable bubbles and provides necessary porosity to the foam concrete. The bubbles formed are strong enough to last until the concrete is set at required density.

Foaming agent is normally used with 2-3% concentration in water. It has 2-years shelf-life when properly stored inthe original containers at temperature between 0-50 C. Containers should not be exposed to heat or sunlight for a longer duration. It is environmentally safe and less toxic to aquatic life.
