Products and quality are totally different from the catalogue and samples sent.
We ordered Indian Rosewood canes, but the quality did not seem to be Indian Rosewood as it chipped. The finishing of the products was very poor, and the colours painted were wrong. The rubber tips of all the canes were stained by poor quality Styrofoam which takes time and effort to clean, most of which cannot be removed.
Customer service is beyond Horrible. Exchanged a few emails with Feroz Alam, the Managing Partner of Indian Nautical Instruments, but when it came to settling the disputes, he took very long to reply, and eventually there is no reply at all.
It has been close to 2 months since I received the goods and I am making loses on the warehousing space and not being able to move the inventory simply because the products are poor in quality.
There is no sincerity in the business transaction and it speaks very poorly of an established company. There is no mutual respect towards their customer and it seems that Indian Nautical Instruments is only interested in short-term business relations so please be wary of this company.
Feroz, when you read this, please settle the dispute as soon as possible. The market is an open space and you will be surprised how much damage a small comment like this can impact your business. Get with the times.
