Disappointing Customer Service experience
Politeness and professionalism are essential in the service industry, especially in travel, where clients trust agencies with their plans and money. Sadly, this agency failed to meet even the basic standards of respectful communication. I would not recommend their services unless they make significant improvements to their customer service approach.
