Reviews of Gaurav Exports - Jaipur

The package sent by gaurav exports got lost. gaurav exports refuses to file a claim OR give me a copy of the shipper's receipt so I can file a claim. The Post Office mis-keyed the code as Delivered, but have confirmed that was their mistake and a claim can be made. gaurav exports won't do anything and basically left me hanging with no package after they took my money. Etsy won't step in either. Buyers beware! It's not safe to buy from gaurav exports. They're extremely unprofessional and have no problem taking your money without a care in the world if you don't get the merchandise.
