Hopeless after sales service
I bought a sofa set. It has been sent back as the product supplied do not match with what I ordered. Even after 16 days they couldn't supply product free from fault.out of seven pieces supplied four have some problem. The fabric torn out. Their is black marks on the fabric. Glue is there in the fabric making it dirty. Not worth it. Their manager Mr prakash donot talk in proper manner. Not interested to resolve the matter. They say that you have not purchased diamond or jewellery. Furniture will have some defects. This is after they took aroun 16 days to supply my rejected material. According to the manager the first supply was not as per their standards that means they supply inferior quality products. We should niver pay them in full otherwise they are not going to be serious on solving our problem

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you've been experiencing recently. I want you to know that we appreciate your feedback. It will allow us to resolve any problems that occur and help us to improve our services.

However, Firstly As per delivery commitment date 04.02.22 we have delivered the sofa to you and that time you were not found satisfied with the product despite of knowing that same has been made as per your fabric selection on customization mode……Even I met came to your house personally and met with you and again just to make you 100% satisfied we have made new sofa again and same got delivered to your house again on Dtd.23.02.22 and all the day long from delivery to till fitting Mr Akash Floor Manager was there and we made all things as per your satisfaction and same got properly installed and fitted at your house (Refer attached Photo) now this is completely made under supervision and 1 day before delivery Akash personally went to Factory to inspect the same and post satisfaction same got delivered to your home next day.

Now when everything has done as per you and again you are demanding for compensation and discount when we have paid huge incurred cost including re transportation, re labour, dual fabric selection, re foaming etc…..Just for customer delight we are not charging anything despite of knowing fact you are asking for compensation which is not as per our company policy as we don’t entertain any such requests.

If still you have any concern regards to product or services please let us know for which we are here to serve you as always. Even yesterday Asst Manager Jaipal and Akash again came to meet you but again you are asking for compensation and discounts….. You kept sofa at your house haven’t given us acknowledgement and your signature…..There is no compensation and discount allowed When we have already given you products on Bottom Price with huge discount and by not taking any extra cost we have made it twice.
