Review of Mitose Diesel Sales & Service

Please do not purchase any product from Mitose Diesel Sales & Service who have their office at 22 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata. We placed an order for 15KVA Gen set with them dated 13th July 2016. We paid the full amount of Rs 3,10,000.00 against the ordered item and the PO had been issued. On Sept 9th all of a sudden hey came up with the proposal towards the delivery of G12 model as the ordered model- G15 is not available. With much dissatisfaction we agreed with the proposal and they agreed to deliver the same by 13th of September. They failed the mentioned date too. Since then to till date we are continuously following up with the Regional Manager Mr Aminur Rrahaman & to the GM Mr Soumik Ghosh for the refund of the money we paid. However no body is bothered to close this issue. We also sent the official mail towards the cancellation of the PO but till date we are at the same platform. Pathetic customer service and their behavior is resembling a total act of cheating case.
