Madhukar Engineering Components was established as a Workholding Device Manufacturing Company in 1998 with Mrs. Madhu Gunjal as the able Proprietor and Mr.Rajendra Gunjal as the Technical Head. It was established as a sister concern of M/s R.S.Press Tools, a tools, dies and moulded plastic parts manufacturing company headed by Mr.Rajendra Gunjal, to foray into its own product line viz., Vices. After nearly 13 years of establishment, we have grown into a complete Workholding Solution provider with customers ranging from small toolrooms to medium sized workshops to large, multinationals in Aerospace Sector to machine building activities.

MAKAR Precision vices have made a name for themselves in the market all over the Country. They have been used by thousands of customers over the last ten years particularly in tool rooms. The range of Products and Versatility of these are well appreciated by one and all. A list of customers included reflects this.
We have been supplying machinery parts also to reputed Machine tool Builders for Conventional Lathes and CNC Turning Centers, particularly Bed Guide ways.

Our facilities include Machinery such as Conventional Milling Machines, Lathes, Drilling machines and Surface-Grinders. Machines of top-brands such as ELB Schliff, Blohm (Germany) and Huron (France), HMT are available to take up Machining of all type and size of work. The measuring instruments are also of Mitutoyo, Mahr and the like.

Workers with latent skills have been trained to give the best Performance keeping up with latest Practices in the trade such as 5S. They are the strength of the company. The employee strength is about 15 at present.

The future as we see is full of opportunities. Our customers who are into Machine building are established exporters with very good orders on hand. The Toolrooms who form the bulk of our customers are having fantastic business because of the boom in automobile sector in particular and other areas in general. We look forward to develop many more products with an eye on both domestic and Export market. Machine building which also is in the boom phase will bring forth ample opportunities for growth.
