Buddhism is one of the major religions in the world. Buddhism mushroomed in the Indian sub-continent and was spread to foreign shores by the disciples of Lord Buddha. Today Buddhist is the moral compass for most of the east and Southeast Asian countries. The four famous places of Buddhist Pilgrimage are- Lumbini, Bodhgaya, Sarnath and Kushinagar.
