WORST DOCTOR - PLEASE DO NOT VISIT HER FOR ANYTHING!!!

I have read all the below reviews and then only had gone to her for treatment.
I am not sure how much of all these reviews are true. Below is my experience with this So-called doctor, for which i am giving the worst possible rating.

Me and my fiance are getting married somewhere at the end of this year, so we approached this doctor for help.
To give a background - My fiance had met with an almost fatal accident and her face near the jaw was burnt and had chicken pox like crater burn marks, which we knew will not go due to peeling.
Please read through below if you need more info on our experince, which i think was the worst a compared to any doctor i have been to.

My fiance had already had a peeling session once during the year 2011 in Pune so she had a fair bit of idea on how it works, and had approached this doctor for the peeling process. This is cuz her

skin is very sensitive after the accident and she cannot approach any beauty parlors for facials before the wedding.

Intially when we had gone to the doctor she had told all the marks(few black marks due to pimples) on the face will disappear after a few peels alongwith glow on the skin.
So we started the sessions from May 2015 onwards. And by today we have completed 4 peeling session.
Until before this peeling session, we didnt have any issue with the doctor, she was fine. Hardly stood for 2 mins to examine the skin and provide consultation while charging an exhorbitant price.
But we noticed that there was no major change in the skin, even after 3 peels and since my fiance had already had gone through the process she knew it doesn't take so much time to show the

results.

So in order to probably help the doctor to change the process/presccription we told that the peeling had no visible effect until now, and here is how the conversation went with the doctor.

My Fiance:- Doctor, i am not able to see any visible effect of the peels so far... (before she could say any further, the Doctor suddenly started talking in between very rudely n sarcastically!!)
Doctor:- Why are you even ccoming here? If you are looking for Magic it cant be done, we dont entertain people who think we can do magic (in a very rude tone, after which even my fiance just

stopped talking).
(Doctor- then examing the face says) - Look at all these holes on your face, these are not due to accident.
Me - No Doctor, it is from the accident(already had explained to her the first time we met her) itself.
Doctor (Dis-agreeing to patient who had gone through the accident)- are these the marks of accident? no there are something else. (My question how can she know has she gone through it? and does

she even realise how painful it is).
Doctor (goes on without even realising how the patient may feel) - Look at these holes on your face. Your face is full of holes (sarcastically - pointing at the burnt marks) we cant do anything

about them (which we arleady know, we were refering to the overall face, not the burn marks at all).
Doctor - She is so black that even if i try to apply any chemicals it will look like a black burnt face (WOW!! is this not racisim? how do you expect my fiance to feel?)
Doctor - Dont come here again.
Thats the last of it and she went, and my fiance was so badly hurt, she was crying in the procedure room itself.
In the end we paid her Rs 1500 for making us feel bad about our own self and came out of it.

If any of you think i am faking this please call me at my number - ********, i can probably explain exactly what happened.

Overall rating: -1000(Minus Thousand) and if there anyone who has the authority and would want to take this up for further actions on this doctor, please feel free to reach out to me.
My recomendation - Cancel her license for being so insensitive to the patient and insulting them in front of the whole staff!
