G.T. technologies Barrel Filling Machine consists of a filling controller, weighing platform and a dual stage filling valve. The filling controller is microprocessor based with a fast sampling ADC. The weighing platform is mounted on a loadcell that senses the weight during filling and sends the signal to the filling controller.
The dual stage filling valve is pneumatically operated in “coarse” and “fine” modes to achieve the required accuracy. The barrel filling machine is provided with an additional roller ramp (optional) for easy placement and removal of barrels from the weighing platform.
