Our Story ELCIA Cluster is a special purpose vehicle set up by a group of ELCIA MSMEs, to create an industrial cluster with aid from the Ministry of MSME, Govt of India. A Common Facility Centre has been established with funds from the government and ELCIA members. The cluster has modern R&D, advanced testing, and certification facilities. Our Facilities Precision Machinery We have precision machining equipment to cut a large piece of metal into small, precise components.
